Weekly Challenge: Image Description
Imagine your photo is presented to a blind person in a PowerPoint. What would it say?
A photograph can only convey so much.
Intro
Any old photographer or editor will tell you that without a caption or description, an image may as well not exist.
We are of the same opinion (we must be old). Also, we realize that an image holds value and has purpose for being, beyond what it is simply displaying.
Assuming the image is otherwise good, to those with difficulties seeing or in cases when it doesn't display properly, what is the point and purpose of it?
Challenge
Write an image description for a photo that you have taken, so that people can better understand what it is trying to say, even if they can't see it. Imagine it is presented to a blind person in a PowerPoint.
What would the description say?
